    1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Therapeutic Massage & Bodyworks PLLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

    2. Appointments & Services

    All massage therapy services are performed by licensed therapists certified by the State of New York. Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any service if, in the professional judgment of the therapist, the service is contraindicated or otherwise inappropriate.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

    4. Payments & Pricing

    All fees for services are displayed on our Services page and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking or checkout.

    5. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our products are proprietary to us. All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, and artwork (collectively, "Content") are owned, controlled, or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Therapeutic Massage & Bodyworks PLLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Site or our services.

    7. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Rochester, New York.
