Arrival Time
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you time to fill out any necessary paperwork and relax before your session begins. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Health Considerations
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies you may have prior to your session. If you are pregnant, please let us know when booking so we can schedule you with a therapist certified in prenatal massage.
What to Expect
Your therapist will discuss your goals for the session and step out of the room so you can undress to your comfort level. You will be draped with a sheet and blanket at all times during the massage, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
