Hints for Your Visit

If you are a new spa guest, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork and relax the mind before endulging in a treatment!

Considerations- Therapeutic Massage & Bodyworks tries very hard to ensure peace & comfort to all our guests. We greatly appreciate your understanding with the use of cell phones and pagers. In addition we don't have any facilities to accomodate unattended children. Thanks you in advance!

Cancellations- We understand the last minute emergencies which require you to cancel. However, please be understanding with our need to call others on a waiting list and give us at least 24 hours notice. Any single appointments
not cancelled 24 hours in advance is subject to payment at the time of the next service. For multiple services, we require 48 hours notice and a reservation held by a credit card. In the event of a no-show full payment will be charged. If you will be paying with a gift certificate the certificate will be surrendered.

Payment- We accept Visa, MC, cash or a personel check with photo ID.

Gratuities- The common question...." Is it customary to tip?" TM&B appreciate your gratuities, it is a sign of a compliment. Although it is not a necessity, usually the amount is approximately 15 to 20%.
