Spa Etiquette
New Clients - If you are new to us, please arrive 10 to 15
minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. This ensures
maximum time for your treatment. Before you begin your journey
with us, sit and relax. Let your outside stresses melt away.
Payment– you
can pay for your treatment by cash, check, credit card, or
gift certificate (see below). When 3 or more
services are scheduled together, we will ask you for your gift
certificate number or a deposit on your credit card to hold
your reservation.
Gift Certificate- Tour certificates are non-refundable and
expire 1 year from the date of purchase (no exceptions). For
the cost of postage, we can mail your certificates to you at
the time of purchase. Certificates can be used for both services
and products.
Considerations– The staff at Therapeutic Massage & Bodyworks
work very hard to ensure peace & comfort for all our guests.
Therefore, we ask your cooperation by turning off your cell
phones and pagers upon arrival. In addition, please be aware
that we do not have any facilities for unattended children.
Cancellations- We understand that last minute emergencies
can arise which may require you to cancel. In that event, we
try to fill empty appointment times from our waiting list.
No-shows will be charged the full cost of service. Single appointments
not cancelled within 24 hours will pay it the next time of
service. Multiple services not cancelled within 48 hours will
be charged to a credit card or by voiding a gift certificate.
Parties-
*We also offer “spa parties”. Some brides
have brought their bridesmaids here to relax before the wedding & have
their toes painted as the bridesmaid gift. Other parties have
also included just a group of friends enjoying our mini-services
while sipping on some wine & good conversation.*
